We ship to customers in the UK using Royal Mail First Class, Recorded Signed For™ and Special Delivery™ postal services, and domestic 24-hour couriers.

International Orders

Live outside the UK? No problem! Just like the international nature of the pipe band and marching band scene, Scott Currie Ltd has built a customer base of musicians in all parts of the world.

We ship to international customers using the world’s best carriers such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, TNT and UPS. The finest air, rail and road logistics available ensure that distance never gets in the way of your order arriving quickly.

Delivery Surcharges

Certain orders may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge. Any such orders will not be processed for delivery until you have agreed to this delivery surcharge and settled payment in full.

Processing Time

We aim to ship orders within two working days of receipt of payment. This can sometimes take longer at peak times, weekends and holidays.

Tracking

We will keep you updated with the status of your order from receipt until dispatch. You can use our order tracking tool to check on the status. Whenever we use a trackable service for your delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number which will allow you to check the progress of your delivery through the chosen carrier’s network.

International Customs Charges & VAT

International customers located outside the EU (European Union) should expect to be charged customs handling charges and VAT* (Value Added Tax) calculable at the current rate of the country of destination by the chosen carrier or agents operating on their behalf. Depending upon local policy of the carrier handling your delivery, you may be contacted in order to collect payment of customs handling charges and VAT before your package will be released. Some carriers may alternatively require payment at the point of delivery.

*VAT is typically calculated as a percentage of the total value of the contents, delivery and insurance.
